The real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) workshops are intended for both beginners as well as advanced users and can be attended as either a one or three day course.
qPCR is fast becoming an everyday technique in the laboratory, where it is being used for both research as well as diagnostics purposes. However many are not aware of the dangers connected with this method when used improperly. With our workshops we want to draw attention to these dangers and show you the way how you overcome them.

qPCR workshop
The 3 day workshop is an introductory course that includes both theoretical as well as practical parts. Participants will be able to experience all steeps of a qPCR experiment, from DNA/RNA isolation to data processing.
1 day
qPCR workshop
The 1 day workshop is intended for more advanced users of qPCR and consists of reference gene selection, normalization, data analysis and statistical procedures.
